    You are soooo right. I actually have neurofibromatosis and I have been looking at ways to decrease their size and a lot of people have been eating raw vegan. Although I don’t think I can do that ALL the time but I will be trying that for a little while to see if they do get any smaller. (My case really isn’t that bad.)

    I just got a kettle bell and started exercising again….after a long time. My twins just turned three and I can’t blame my fat on them anymore.
    I’m starting slow…so we will see.
