I’m not as dull …
I’m not as dull bodied as Louis Theroux but, I’m nowhere near as big as that other dude, I’m not even ripped that well but I have pecs and a tight stomach so I’m good, to me that’s all that matters, not that i go looking, i just like to able to look after myself and in a fight. I’d rather have dignity over image anyday

bodybuilding is …
bodybuilding is wrong. plus it becomes bad with age, its not harmonic and sometimes looks offensive, especially if you have fuzzy facial features and short neck by nature.
after 40 if you’re an athlete its better for you to not get ill. your system becomes like a broken nuclear reactor. if its a rhinitis - its a heavy rhinitis.
look at swimmers. they look a lot better. but besides that they have a Really good cardio and endurance. + they are tall and always have healthy spine.
