the amount of wieght one should be lifting is varied…. u have to test it out yourself … such as grab a barbell put sum wieght on it, curl it and if its easy to do then put more wieght on…if u cant do 8 reps then take sum off…..ur looking to be able to do 8 to 10 reps with a struggle at the end….. hope this helps.

if you really belive this is possible without roids you are very unknowlegable of bodybuilding. People not using roids need about 15 years or more to get to they’re genetic potencional IF they’re training hard 5 times a week and have proper nutrition. 5 pounds is the amout you’d get ain a month unless you got to mcdonald 5 times a week. You can get max 12~ pounds, more without roids and fat gain isn’t possible. Measure your fat percentage first… then talk.

no “dude”, it depends on your body type to start with, a guy of 180 pounds can gain 3-7 lean pounds in a 6 week period with proper diet and exercise.if you’re new to body building you can gain up to 25 lean pounds in a year. If you are a teenager you can also expect massive gains due to all the hormones in your system. for a guy whos been doing it for a few year though, yes between 3-10 a year

I strongly doubt it….human genetics do not allow for such growth,maybe with the best genes and HGH.I think Greg Kovacs put on around 70 pounds in his first year of serious weightlifting,and he is an abnormally large person…even then a lot of people questioned it.
