    the resistance bands help create more tension at the top of your curl (or for any other motion) and will help build your peak more. people also use chains and ropes for the same effect

    chin ups are done to quick, too much swinging and u arent going all the way down i reckon. same with the barbell curls to quick mate, prob work on yer form if you want them rip muscles. End of the day just what i reckon.

    Definitely a good start to a workout. This kid has definitely come a long way. You can tell. Keep doing your thing. I’ve been using vastmuscle (.com) workouts and could not be happier with the results. They have similar workouts.
