chin ups are done to quick, too much swinging and u arent going all the way down i reckon. same with the barbell curls to quick mate, prob work on yer form if you want them rip muscles. End of the day just what i reckon.

Definitely a good start to a workout. This kid has definitely come a long way. You can tell. Keep doing your thing. I’ve been using vastmuscle (.com) workouts and could not be happier with the results. They have similar workouts.
